As a key team member, you'll oversee compounding responsibilities, ensuring adherence to policies and safety guidelines. This role involves coordinating between the laboratory and dispensary, creating precise dosage forms using our advanced compounding systems. Tasks:
Oversee non-sterile and sterile compounding following policies and laws.
Coordinate policies between the lab and dispensary for better customer service.
Utilize computerized systems for precise dosage forms.
Ensure safe equipment use, following guidelines and standards.
Monitor temperatures, maintain equipment, and handle hazardous materials safely.
File COA's and MSDS's as required.
Oversee quality assurance for compounded medications.
Maintain inventory and update Compounder for accurate stock levels.
Dispose of expired chemicals and prescriptions properly.
Enforce documentation and coordinate with other departments.
Provide customer counseling and address complaints efficiently.
