Role and Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers by phone or social media (e.g. viber, messenger, email, etc.) to obtain information needed to resolve inquiries
Review patient account information in various system, perform research as necessary, and take appropriate action to resolve patient inquiry.
Follow-up appointments thru calls during weekends.
Answer calls promptly and retrieve messages.
Scheduling new and follow-up patient appointments.
Check in patients as they arrive, verify information, collect co-payments.
Follows standards and guidelines for telephones etiquette and service when interacting with patients over the phone.
Provides direct, professional, and knowledgeable interactions with patients, physicians, referral sources, and the treatment team.
Answers calls accurately and with exceptional customer service at all times.
Ensures caller's needs are met and accurate information is obtained.
Maintains patient confidentiality regarding access to patient and other clinical information via email, computer, fax and mail
Addresses concerns of patients, provides service recovery, and escalates issues as needed.
Assist patients with payments arrangements including financial assistance information (e.g. PCSO, DOH, DSWD and other government agencies), providing price estimates.
Counsels patients about unpaid bills.
Acts as patient advocate and liaisons with various departments to meet mutual goals.
Educates patient/responsible parties regarding billing process and any additional financial responsibilities including third party benefits information.
Prepares paper work necessary for the patient visit.
Encoding and sending Patients Monitoring, number of patients. Number of radiopharmaceutical order and scan every after shift thru email and viber.
Encoding and sending of Independent Accounting for accounting purposes file.
Booked and schedule patients for accommodation, day before or after procedure. Releasing of results thru email and LBC.

Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in related field
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff.
Basic computer skills
Professional, friendly attitude With experience for at least 2 years in related field

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
