Position Summary
Responsible for administrative services under Facilities Central Team, which includes PEZA/BOI permits processing and OMB, NTC and BOC compliances clerical, financial and vendor management.
Functional Responsibilities
- Ensure overall compliance to risk, contractual, statutory, regulatory, of all TIP sites (includes processing, coordination and monitoring of related guidelines, permits, clearance, certifications needed by different departments, Govt. agencies & others).
- Ensure consistency of process documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Leads actions to maintain and adhere to local regulatory compliance.
- Records Management (Identify and create records inventory and ensure compliance with record retention requirements).
- Develop and maintain a secure document storage solution (internal folders).
- Adherence to Internal Control (Guidelines/Memo and Updates) and send to the L&C team and the required beneficiary.
- Overall, in-charge for ALL BOC, PEZA & BOI Compliances under the guidelines & supervision of Sr. Facilities Team Leader
- Overall in charge for Disposal of items in coordination with PEZA/DENR and the like
- Overall in charge for shipment and importations
- Facilitate review of PEZA RA, SA, LOA and adhere to relative compliance thereto. In-charge of weekly reporting and monitoring, creation of the PEZA Masterfile.
- PEZA registration and subsequent compliances/request such as but not limited to the following: submission of project brief for new or expansion projects, request letter of approvals as may be applicable, request certification for incentives, processing of BOC COR importation permits, processing of PEZA / LOA Permit Renewal, processing of OMB/NTC Permit Renewal, attend meetings/discussions at PEZA as needed and meetings with stakeholders
- Regularly monitors the Purchasing and IT Procurement Department regarding their purchases that involves PEZA Regulated Items/Equipment (for Farm-In/Farm-Out).
- Monitor/Track PEZA Compliance of clients for all sites in line with the PEZA Rectification Project.
- Facilitate orientation of PEZA/BOI Compliance/Asset transfer process to all concern groups based on the required documentation and compliance of different PEZABOI processes in Zone Office
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years experience in PEZA Compliance or any related process.
- Must be amenable to report in McKinley Exchange, Makati City.
- Must be amenable to report on a mid shift schedule, 100% onsite.
