DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supervise and manage pest control treatment of Technicians to those accounts requiring supervisors during pest control treatment. And likewise, to closely monitor all critical accounts for pest.
Endorse all required reports to Technical Supervisors for submission to client.- Closely monitor all transport reimbursement and chemical request of all handled Technicians.
Give MEMO to all Technicians requiring disciplinary actions. Prepared by Operations Supervisors, Noted by AOM and Approved by OM.
- Responsible for monthly monitoring and inventory of equipment and checking that all equipment are in good condition.
Monitor that all handled accounts have been treated monthly. Have a monthly monitoring form with this pattern: Prepared by Operations Supervisors, Noted by Area Operations Manager and Approved by Quality Management.- Prepare weekly Operations Accomplishment Report to be submitted to Technical Supervisor.
Conduct pest control treatment just in case no Technician will be available.
- Prepare Post Mortem Analysis for Terminated Account.
Assess Efficiency of pest control treatment conducted in JFC accounts by conducting Quarterly visits.
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture major in Entomology or equivalent.- At least 2 year (s) related work experience
