We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience working as a Personal Injury legal assistant who would like to work for a U.S. Law Firm!
We have multiple positions available for immediate hire.
Please note: This position is for independent contractors. As such, you will be responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new cases and provide initial assessments to the legal team
- Develop case strategies and oversee the implementation of these strategies
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activity
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and answer any questions they may have
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the legal team, ensuring that clients are informed and satisfied with the progress of their cases
- Coordinate with outside experts and vendors as needed to ensure that clients receive the best possible representation
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the legal team as they work on individual cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant in a Personal Injury law firm
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other case management software
