Personal Assistant

About Us:

We are a busy couple looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support both our professional and personal needs. One of us is a Co-Founder of Salmon Group Ltd, a company focused on financial inclusion, and the other will soon be opening Taylor's Play Cafe for toddlers and their parents in Circulo Verde, Quezon City.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for both individuals.
• Handle correspondence and communications.
• Assist with travel arrangements and event planning.
• Organize and maintain personal and business documents.
• Provide administrative support as needed for both individuals.
• Run errands and manage household tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Experience with communication tools such as WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram.
• Familiarity with Google Documents, Sheets, and Slides.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Prior experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
