JOB DESCRIPTION
YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR/IN:
. Proactively manage the COO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.
. Act as a gatekeeper and prioritise incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and other inquiries,
ensuring timely responses.
. Prepare for COO meetings including preparing agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents to attendees.
. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare confidential documents, reports or presentations as required by the COO.
. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
. Act as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
. Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, meeting slideshows, building and managing spreadsheets, expense management, and record-keeping for the COO.
. Anticipate the COO's needs, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize their time and effectiveness.
. Maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
. Ad-hoc management duties as required.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
. At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executive/s.
. Great attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and creating presentations and slideshows using Microsoft PowerPoint
. Excel experience in building and managing spreadsheets.
. Office all-rounder to assist where requested.
. Have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
. A self-starter with a can do attitude.
. Finance background is a plus but not required.
