Prior experience in a personal assistant or executive secretary role.- Serve as the primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Draft and edit emails, letters, memos, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.

Efficiently manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and resolving conflicts as they arise.
