Job Summary
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining permits, licenses, and approvals
necessary for the organization's activities and ensuring compliance with local,
state, and federal regulations governing various aspects of the organization's
operations.
Duties And Responsibilities
5.1 Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulatory
requirements impacting the company's operations;
5.2 Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations;
5.3 Manage end-to-end permitting process, including the preparation, submission,
and tracking of permit applications;
5.4 Coordinate with relevant regulatory agencies to obtain required permits
approval;
5.5 Monitor and ensure compliance with permit conditions and timelines;
5.6 Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for
permit applications;
5.7 Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies, local
authorities, and other relevant stakeholders;
5.8 Provide guidance to internal team on regulatory matters to minimize
compliance-related risks;
5.9 Work with legal compliance teams to develop and update policies and
procedures related to permitting and regulatory compliance;
5.10 Prepare regular reports on the status, compliance, and regulatory activities
for President & COO;
5.11 To carry out other duties, within the scope of the job, and to
meet the needs of the business;
