QUALIFICATIONS:-Any 4 years Bachelor's Degree
-Know how to use Microsoft Office
-Good in oral and written communication
-Have 1-2 years relevant experience
-Preparation of Documents:
prepares documents needed for building permits application to government agencies (Building and Occupancy permit), MPDC/CPDO (Zoning Department), Bureau of Fire Protection.
-Coordination and Data Gathering:
Attend meeting and discussions in relation to permits and clearances, and reports to the officer regarding matters related to permits and clearances.
-Filling, Safekeeping and monitoring and Clearances:
Organizes all permits and clearances, and files them in their respective folders.
-Prepares all requirements for the re-application pd as-built plan of building permits.
