Overview:Permits & Licenses Specialist is mainly responsible for researching, compiling, maintaining, and completing property and development licenses permits. Works internally and externally obtaining all necessary documentation, testing, and certification required to ensure Company compliance with license and permitting requirements applicable within national and local government jurisdiction.
Responsible for timely and efficient processing of property development permits and licenses such as but not limited to, DAR Conversion or Exemption, Land Reclassification, ECC, CR and LTS, and building and occupancy permits.
- Work with the team to ensure necessary prerequisite documents are completed and ready for use of other departments
Generate reports for documentation completion and report and resolve any compliance issues as necessary- Records keeping, follow up and field work as necessary
Experience in liaising with different local government units and other national government institutions- Experience in records and documents keeping
Proficient in relevant computer applications and call systems
- Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
Highly organized and keen to details
