Job Responsibilities:- Assist clients in lodging insurance claims by gathering necessary documentation, completing claim forms, and submitting claims to the appropriate insurance carriers in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim submissions, including verifying policy coverage and providing any additional information required by insurers.- Follow up with insurance carriers to track the progress of claims, escalate any delays or issues, and advocate for prompt claim processing on behalf of clients.
Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims lodging process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and keeping them informed of claim status updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers and claims administrators, to coordinate claim handling and ensure seamless communication between clients and insurers.
Maintain detailed records of claim activities, correspondence, and outcomes in our client management system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Continuously monitor claims trends and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Monitor outstanding claims/premiums and initiate debit or collection.
At least 3 years overall General (Non-Life) Insurance experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance Claims handling, with strong background in Australian Insurance practices and regulations
Has background with Property and Strata, Motor, Liability, Business, Storm, Water Damage, Accidental Damage insurance lines- Must have experience in assisting client/insurers via calls (outbound and inbound)
Must have experience in end-to-end processing of claims
- High English Communication and Written Skills
