Experience | : | One (1) year professional legal work which includes trial work, prosecution, and/or collaborating with prosecutors and fiscals in administrative cases and/or legal related functions |

Additional Preferred Qualification:
.Experience in government service an advantage
.Very good oral and written ability
.Remarkable attention to detail, results-oriented, can efficiently work under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Division Chief of the Legal Management Division of the Legal Service. The Attorney III is responsible for the draft legal opinion and responses legal query pertaining to cases and other legal related matter, provided legal advice to the Department Secretary and/or OBSUs, represents the Department head in courts, administrative bodies, conferences and other related offices draft pleadings, conduct investigations in administrative proceedings, conducts legal studies, designated as member and attend TWG's activities, designated as Investigating Officer in administrative disciplinary proceedings, and other related tasks.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Represents the Department head in courts, administrative bodies, conferences, and other related offices
2.Guides and advises the head of office and relevant Department officials on pertinent legal matters
3.Take action and/or prepare responses to queries and act on complex legal issues
4.Draft complicated legal documents and instruments such as but not limited to pleadings such as complaint or initiatory pleading, comments, motions, position papers and affidavits
5.Prepares legal opinions on pertinent legal documents
6.Provides legal counseling to officials, personnel and clients and
7.Does other related duties and responsibilities.
