JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial, administrative, and clerical functions, and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Performs secretarial, administrative and clerical functions for the Bureau Director
2. Facilitates pertinent papers from the divisions to be reviewed and approved by the Director
3. Routes and distributes incoming documents and emails from NRLMB to the Central Office
4. Tracks, checks and ensures completeness and appropriateness of incoming and outgoing documents
5. Prepares and files incoming and outgoing communications and monitors submission of reports and other documents required by the Office
6. Manages the Director's working schedule, meetings, workshops, conferences, etc.
7. Prepares presentations, talking points, and speeches
8. Maintains files of confidential nature
9. Facilitates receipts and timely responses of all communications for action of the Bureau Director
10. Assists in the general functions of the Office of the Director
11. Records outgoing documents in the data tracking system and routes to the concerned OBSUs/Divisions
12. Submits reports, regular or special operations, as required
13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Bureau Director
