JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the immediate supervision, monitors/tracks Disbursement Vouchers on communication load reimbursements encodes data reports/communications.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Preparation of disbursement voucher/obligation request and the status on payments of the telephone service provider accounts
2.Preparation of summaries, review of calls, and the verification of documentary reports for the issuance of Tax Certificates for the payments of phone postpaid accounts and utilities
3.Updating of the electronics monthly monitoring report on the payment of Globe and Smart post-paid/utilities of different offices and
4.Encoding of draft communications, reports and presentations.
Job Outputs:
1.Disbursement voucher/obligation request and status of payment of the telephone service provider accounts.
2.Documentary reports for the issuance of Tax Certificates for the payments of phone postpaid accounts and utilities verified.
3.Tracking report on reimbursement claims of employees.
4.Report on monthly monitoring report on the payment of Globe and Smart postpaid/utilities of different offices.
5.Communications/Memo, reports and presentations encoded.

Final Shortlisting: | Top five (5) or less highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80% If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and Salary Grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist of applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every Regular Position. |

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
