What you will be doing:
The Performance Programs Analyst is responsible for real-time and ongoing support of employee incentive programs related to reporting, analysis, cross-departmental collaboration, and troubleshooting. This analyst will be responsible for reporting on how incentive programs are performing against key performance indicators. Key tasks will include reporting on incentive program performance and the drivers behind it, conducting ad hoc analyses based on new or temporary incentives to assess effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and coordinating communication of changes to incentive program. This team member is detail-oriented, able to detect errors/variances in large data sets, and can clearly communicate performance changes to others. As we continue to grow, this person will be able to take on responsibilities for other operational support areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reporting on performance of existing, new, and temporary incentive programs to measure incentive effectiveness
- Create tickets to facilitate the communication of incentive program changes
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting activities
- Maintaining historical records of performance reporting and its underlying data
- Identify and define opportunities to improve processes, including automation
- Research and respond to pay-related inquiries from employees or stakeholders when necessary
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding timing, goals, and objectives on assignments

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc is a plus.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional computer skills including common business applications such as MS Windows and MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
