FLIP is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
Responsibilities:
Ads Management:
- Own bulk creation of ads across platforms and campaigns leveraging daily pipeline of new creative
- Upload newly created assets to Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok
- Create creative performance reports for the ads production team
- Collaborate with marketing team to continuously improve end-to-end process for efficiently launching ads, daily monitoring of creative performance, and creative performance reports
Communication:
- Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders across different time zones using Slack
- Ability to meet during Pacific Time Zone hours as needed
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media advertising
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
Required Skills:
- Expert level knowledge in Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms
- Exceptional ability to synthesize ads performance data into clear and actionable reports
- Meticulous attention to details and ability to perform high output workflows without error
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies and best practices
