Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy & budget allocation to channels
- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM) and meta campaigns (Paid social)
Work with our fabulous in-house creative team to create digital assets in performance marketing channels- Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports, create and implement optimization action plans and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS, focus on customer acquisition
Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands digital channels and assets.
- Establish rigorous testing programs across all channels to support online trade and customer acquisition.
Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to gain insights and learnings from holistic business goals to granular activity reporting- Collaborate with the e-Commerce team and Category Management in pushing sales, driving focus categories traffic, acquisition, and conversion from performance marketing channels.
Minimum of 3 years performance marketing experience in Google/Meta, either from the seller side or agency side- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and tracking platforms, such as Ads Manager, GA4,
Strong understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
High attention to numbers and hunger for growth- Comfortable hands-on execution ads campaign/ ads set setup, creative asset creation with team, nonstop optimization
Experience working in a multiple SKU, fashion apparel or consumer lifestyle sector would be a plus.
- Experience working in a fast growth phase business would be a plus.
