Performance marketing intern

We're Real Estate IQ - a dynamic company revolutionizing the real estate industry through innovative marketing solutions. As a Performance and Growth Marketing Intern, you'll drive our digital marketing efforts and help us achieve growth goals.

* Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital acquisition activities across multiple channels (SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing).

- Manage budgets to achieve maximum KPIs while keeping CAC at optimum levels

Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize spend and performance

- Monitor and minimize campaign acquisition fraud

- Plan and execute small-scale A-B test campaigns to optimize campaign and creative performance

* Requirements and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong quantitative background

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech-based real estate company

- Proficient in digital ads platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads,

Twitter Ads)

- Experience in managing Ad Networks and setting up platform integrations

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and mobile attribution tools
