The Role
This is an entry-level role for a Marketing/Business graduate with a keen interest in eCommerce and performance marketing. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our rapidly expanding team in the Philippines, who can support our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid's overall business. This person will execute paid media ads on Shopee and Lazada marketplaces, plus Facebook and Google performance Ads.
Marketing Services include paid performance marketing, eCommerce platform ads, and social commerce for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up and optimizing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition across ecomm marketplaces, SEM, and social media
Supporting Senior Executive on Key Accounts
Reporting and analyzing data, making recommendations to a wider team
Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and providing real-time targeting recommendations
Who we look for - the ideal profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
Fluent in English
Digital Marketing Certification on Facebook and Google Ads is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
