Job Description

Responsible for leading a team that will deliver customer operations performance insights, establishing a framework and governance model on balance scorecards, and ensuring alignment across all operational functions on performance measures. This role ensures that the approach to operations performance measures are balanced across customer, controls, efficiency, and productivity, and the measures have an alignment.
  • Support the business through performance insights through data storytelling and visualization of various statistical models, such as:
Performance distribution, outlier analysis, descriptive statistic, regression analysis
  • Establish a performance scorecard framework and governance by:
Reviewing operations historical performance, recommending goals/step goals vs business targets, running and modeling performance measures to normalize performance distribution, running pilot programs for new scorecards/KPIs, collaborating with the Business Analysis Leads, the business and functional teams (ie. HR) in implementing scorecard changes.
  • Drive a balanced scorecard aligned to Aidea Inc
Collaborate with the heads of operations and work within a team--working closely with Leads to understand business requirements.
  • Hands on experience in data wrangling tools (ie SQL, Alteryx), certification a plus
Advanced excel skills (ie. Index Match, xlookup, Analysis Toolpak, VBA, etc)
  • Working knowledge of various statistical tools (ie. Python)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills (verbal and written), and presentation skills. Strong data visualisation skills and ability to tell a compelling data story. Excellent user of MS Office products (Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
  • Effective organizational, project management skills and ability to manage own
At least 5 years of full-time experience in Human Resources with a background in curriculum design and delivery,
  • Experience on performance scorecard reporting/management/build.
