Job Summary

Provides technical, operational and administrative support for the Group's planning, directing, and implementing marketing strategies to attain profitability and volume targets.

Formulates and implements programs for the Group's information and database infrastructure for efficient and effective operations of the Group.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Designs and develops the Management Information System (MIS) to better track and manage performance of various groups under Institutional Banking Sector
• Coordinates budget planning for the group to establish and set budget targets for the Group/Division /Relationship Managers for the entire year
• Monitors and analyzes performance of Senior Officers, Junior Officers and rank & file of various groups under Institutional Banking Sector against key result areas (KRA)
• Provides technical and administrative support for various groups under Institutional Banking Sector
• Performs other related functions and leads special projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• With experience in Financial planning, Analytics, MIS, Forecasting and Budgeting
• Preferably with experience in banking industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
