Who are we looking for

We're looking for a People Services Support Administrator - Operations to perform proactive support to the People Services team and efficiently manage HR systems and promptly address clients requests within the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Execute day-to-day operational support activities and deliver comprehensive support services
  • Efficiently facilitate the seamless administration, ensuring compliance with established protocols and timely delivery of results
  • Resolve ticket requests promptly while adhering to quality standards
  • Handle incoming calls, providing optimal resolutions for stakeholders, and diligently documenting each call through ticket creation
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, proactively preventing SLA breaches, and regularly reviewing due dates. Maintain up-to-date ticket records by entering detailed action notes in the journal
  • Address clients concerns and issues in a timely manner
  • Create memos that accurately capture required updates, utilizing the appropriate templates and upholding quality standards
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure tickets and transactions are completed correctly

What you will bring to the team:

  • 2-3 years relevant experience in HR Shared Service environment and in Oracle
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong focus on service delivery
  • Proficiency in managing concurrent projects and initiatives effectively
  • Capable of performing effectively under pressure and skillfully managing workload planning and prioritization
  • Demonstrate initiative and adept problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit adaptability and the ability to learn from past mistakes, applying lessons to future situations

This job offer is based in either Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City depending on candidate location.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / morning to potentially mid shift / Hybrid

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
