As a people operations specialist you are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fluid and fast-paced working environment. You will provide frontline, day-to-day support in administering the People Team policies and initiatives for all geographical locations of Nuix.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all employee lifecycle activities.
Whilst the role is 100% remote, we envision the successful candidate being an integral part of the People and Culture team and would like the individual to actively participate in team meetings that may be scheduled outside the regular working hours and attend in-person conferences at the required location. You will be expected to attend to all onsite and or company initiatives in the Philippines at a private expense.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the timely delivery of all activities to support the employee life cycle. Day to day activities includes preparing probationary period documents, issuing status change letters, conducting background checks, assisting with off-boarding documents, administering compliance training, and completing VOE requests. Be the first point of contact for all queries raised to the People & Culture team. You will need to exercise independent judgement and discretion to determine the appropriate course of action to bring issues and cases to resolution. It includes escalating to other function and or People team members when appropriate. Manage workforce data integrity and accuracy across all people systems and personnel files. Design, develop and implement reporting routine and templates for various people reporting requirements and requests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and policies. Provide support to People team on managing benefits enrollment and updates. Document the People Operations team learnings and best practices to a shared knowledge base. Participation in any other People team related program, initiatives, or projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, or related business discipline. Proven experience in a HR shared service support at a multinational organization supporting either USA and or Australia. Results oriented and a can-do attitude with ability to manage change and multi-task while creating a positive environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. An enthusiastic team-player with the ability to work independently, proactive in putting ideas into practice and taking responsibility. An analytical mindset who enjoys problem-solving. Superior verbal and written communication skills for effective communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior payroll processing experience and experience using HiBob / BambooHR a plus.
