Role Description
This role holds a key position in the organization byplanning, creating and aligning learning strategies and development of competency-based O+O learning solutions (base on assigned account)aided by learning technologies in order to strengthen people capabilities and line management skills to efficiently deliver business results and the achievement of the mission to put a smile in our customers faces.
The role focuses on:
- Promotes a learning and performance culture thru regular implementation of formal, non-formal and supplementary interventions for store staff whether offline or online.
- Provides recommendations on training budget allocation monitors and manages utilization with the aim of optimization.
- Leads the design and delivery of staff training programs on learning evaluation, provides insights on effectivity, learning impact and return on investment.
- Design, development and implementation of competency assessment tools and talent profiling with relevant insights and analysis provided to Sales Operations team leaders.
- Collaborate with learning technologies support function on spotting appropriate online learning solutions for store team and conduct system administration activities using the organization's learning experience platform/ HRMS/ Talent Management System (i.e., Cornerstone)
Qualifications:
- Experience in people development, training, and succession planning
- Knowledge of performance management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
