The role will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's People & Culture functions, focusing specifically on employee experience, HR methodologies, trends, processes, laws, regulations, payroll, and systems, and will help cultivate an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:_
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Administer payroll and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements.- Support training programs to foster employee growth, performance improvement, and leadership development.
Maintain awareness of current HR trends in the Philippines and proactively recommend adjustments to internal practices as needed.
- Advise management on matters related to employee relations, policies, performance management, and career development.
Manage employee relations matters and serve as the organization's representative on labor relations matters as needed.- Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
_Required Qualifications
_:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Psychology or a related field.
Atleast2-3yearsofHRGeneralistexperience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ideal experiences and competencies:_
- Understanding of local laws, regulations, government mandated benefits, payroll systems, processes, and trends.
Familiarity with modern HR management software or platforms- Experience in developing organizational culture initiatives that support diversity and inclusion.
Hybrid work setup: 2 days of remote work from home and 3 days on-site- Regular PH business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (with flexibility to work EU hours)
Weekend off: Enjoy your weekends off, with Mondays to Fridays as workdays
