Job descriptionAs a PEGA Senior System Architect, your primary responsibility involves building a new Business as Usual (BAU) production support function. This entails designing and implementing robust support processes, ensuring the stability and efficiency of PEGA applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the operational integrity of our systems and meeting the ongoing needs of our clients.
- Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and manage a Business as Usual (BAU) production support function for PEGA applications, ensuring robust and efficient support processes.
- Oversee PEGA releases, both manual and automated, moving rulesets through various environments including Development (Dev), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production.
Monitor system performance using PEGA toolsets such as PEGA Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), identifying and addressing any performance issues promptly.- Implement data fixes to correct cases that have made incorrect decisions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and apply code fixes to address underlying problems in the PEGA implementation, preventing future data issues and enhancing system stability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, enhance system performance, and ensure the stability of PEGA applications.
Maintain detailed documentation of system performance, issues identified, and fixes applied. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on system status and improvement initiatives.- Continuously evaluate and improve the support processes, staying up-to-date with the latest PEGA developments and best practices.

PEGA Certified Senior System Architect specializing in enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation platform using Pega.- Experience with PEGA releases (manual and/or automated), including moving rulesets through Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
Proficiency in monitoring system performance using PEGA toolsets such as PEGA Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).
- Capability to address data fixes to rectify cases that have made incorrect decisions.
