1 Inspect and evaluate samples, monitor sample run and machine parameter settings and perform sampling in trial runs. Prepare report on inspected, evaluated, monitored samples.
Duties and Responsibilities
1 Inspect and evaluate samples and prepare evaluation reports. Samples may come from internal sources (in-house) and external sources (customer, sister company, supplier).
2 Monitor and test products during trial run Extrusion, Thermoforming, Printing.
3 Stabilization of product (plastic/paper) during trial run and first mass production run.
4 Monitor first mass production run.
5 Prepare and turn over approved documents and samples to related departments.
6 Prepare samples as requested by the customer, sales, and management.
7 Maintain and organize Retained Samples and Sample Retention Room.
8 Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Education and Professional Experience
9 Graduate of Engineering Course or At least vocational graduate of any technical discipline.
10 Must have experience in a manufacturing industry.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
11 Required languages: Filipino, English (read, write, speak).
12 Basic knowledge and can use computer and MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
13 Knowledge and understanding of basic measuring using basic measuring equipment digital caliper, digital weighting machine, depth gauge, height gauge, steel rule, retractable meter.
14 Understands and considers hierarchical ladder in a manufacturing set up.
15 Must be able to take initiative and be able to work independently.
16 Multitasks, keen on details and result oriented.
17 Must have good interpersonal skills.
18 Background in PS, AI, CAD applications is an advantage.
