Ensures to process the accurate pay group based on the assigned calendar date. They also ensure accurate OT rate based on the employee's timekeeping form. They also ensure100% SLA performance, and addresses feedback on customer's concerns. They monitor the activities and deliverables of their team and ensure that they meet their targets as stated by the customer, management and Service Level Agreement. They participate and promote the Fast Impact Teams program through their role as a work cell participant and giving continuous improvement of their work cell's performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- At least 1 near-miss per month
- On time submission of reports
- Ensure 100% SLA performance
- Address and on time feedback on customer complaints
- Ensure on time and accurate processing of piece rate payroll and deductions
- Ensure on time and accurate printing and transmittal of payslip
- Ensure on time and accurate preparation of cash payroll
- Ensure on time and accurate processing of daily wage payroll and deduction
- Ensure on time and accurate clearance computations
- Ensure on time and accurate processing of manpower agency billing for payment
- Ensure on time and accurate processing of OT billing
- At Least 1 Initiative per month
- Contribute to Work cell review result
- Ensure 100% compliance on attendance
- Ensure effective participation on work cell meeting
- Ensure complete engagement in site activities
- Perform other related functions as may be required by the FSC Management
