Payroll:- Preparation and processing payroll (including Journal Entries, Cash Payroll and Commission Calculation).
Preparation of documents and remittance of monthly government reports such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig.- Preparation, process and release of separated employee's final pay.
Preparation and submission of Alphalist and 2316 to BIR RDO.
- Assists the Manager in defining a fair and competitive total compensation and benefits package.
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.- Preparation of employees Personal Action Notice (PAN) for salary increment/adjustments, regularizations, transfers and promotions.
Prepares Certificate of Employment (COE) for existing and separated employees.
- Preparation of Salary Comparative Analysis relevant for salary increments.
Computation of 13th Month Pay, Employee Incentive and SL Conversion.
- Preparation of documents required, computation and reimbursement of SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth benefit claims of employees.
Updating of Authorized Signatories to SSS (L-501), Pag-Ibig (ECIF) and Philhealth.- Updating of Provision for Retirement Benefit Expense.
Preparation and process of Communication Allowance in the form of Prepaid Cards.
- Processing, documentation and reconciliation of Executive's Communication Line to Globe.
Facilitates ATM applications of new hires.- Provision of Gas Allowance to Sales Personnels.
Stand-in for HR Assistant responsible for other company benefits.
- Monitors the correct implementation of the company's benefits program.
Monitoring and assisting for probationary, annual and transfer/promotion Performance Evaluation.
- General Responsibilities:
Prepare for payment of retainer and other legal fees received by law offices
.- Preparation of monthly schedules of personnels
Updates and maintains all 201 file records, HR files, and Documents.- Participate in organizing company events (Christmas Party, Company Outing, Sports Fest, etc.)
Preparation and actual Quarterly Internal Audit participation.
- Performs other administrative and corporate obligations necessary that may be assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.
