Job Description

  • Prepare and computes professional fees of retails doctors.

  • Make sure that new doctors are enrolled in the timekeeping and payroll system.

  • Validate the timecard/attendance sheets prior to processing.

  • Coordinate with the Clinic Head/CMD officers in the preparation of attendance.

  • Process Professional fees in the Payroll System

  • Prepare professional fees for on call Doctors in retail clinics and Clinic Management

  • Ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and timeliness of payroll set-up/ system.

    8 . Prepare , submit and coordinate the necessary document/ files for the crediting of crediting of PF.

  • Entertain and resolve PF related issues and concerns.

  • Provide necessary internal reports requested by Payroll Officer.

  • Performs other duties that may ve assigned by Payroll Officer.

    Must have experience in timekeeping

    Must be willing to work in Makati

    Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

    Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

    Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
