Payroll Supervisor
The Payroll Supervisor will oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, ensuring that pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Checking all salaries, deductions, and other payroll elements are correct and complete
- Oversees procedures and processes and manages inquiries and requests related to preparation and distribution of payroll.
- Ensuring our employees are paid correctly
- Analyzing the payroll function for possible improvements
- Answering queries and fixing payroll concerns
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations & resign employees, and changes to pay rates.
- Maintains or oversees the maintenance of employee records in the system.
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures.
- Promotes company's reputation as best place to work
- Performs other tasks from time to time as may be assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
4-5 years of experience in payroll processing required with two years in a supervisory or management role preferred.

Work Schedule
Compressed workweek, Five (5)days per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
* 13th month salary
