Job Description

Empowering Excellence in Payroll Management

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating payroll processes, managing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities:


Administer and coordinate the setup of employees in the payroll system, including tracking contract changes.
Liaise with payroll stakeholders regarding contracts, payroll documents, etc.
Address employee queries related to payroll.
Run, review, and check fortnightly payroll.
Prepare fortnightly, monthly, and annual reports.
Accurately enter timesheets, allowances, etc.
Complete monthly reconciliations of annual leave liabilities.
Upload customer payment files to the company's bank account.
Perform payroll ad-hoc duties.
Manage payroll-related mailbox.

Qualifications:


At least 5 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable roles.
Understanding of Australian payroll legislation and processes, including tax, superannuation, and the superannuation guarantee.
Experience in the Resources and Energy sector is an advantage, especially with rostering, swing cycles, and allowances under Enterprise Agreements or Awards.
Proficiency with payroll/HR/ESS databases and ERP systems such as Viewpoint Vista, Pronto, Oracle, or SAP.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
High level of administrative and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
Must be willing to report onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
