Job Qualification:_
- Bachelor's degree in related field is highly regarded
Must have at 3 to 5 years of full-time payroll and final process experience, preferably in high volume environment/manufacturing.- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft excel (Pivot, vlookup, know some formulas) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Philippines labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Solid experience in processing government mandated benefit
Experience in alphalist and BIR tax year-end annualization.- Knowledgeable in BIR regulations, and other governmental requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- With strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

Job Description:_
- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently on a bi-monthly schedule of 15th and 30th
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for huge volume employees, including analyze entry, calculation of wages, deductions, and withholding taxes.- Monitoring and checking employee's loan such as advances, SSS loan, PAG-IBIG loan etc.
Well knowledgeable in government mandated benefits, such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Encoding and checking of Salary Adjustments of employees such as Allowances, Tax Refund, Tax Payment, Retro etc.
Assists the core Payroll group in reconciling the final pay of terminated employees as part of the tax annualization exercises.- Prepares & releases BIR 2316 forms (Terminated) as needed and during tax annualization exercises.
Review and audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and taxes in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and improve payroll processes.- Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions.
Handling Petty Cash reimbursement management.
- Perform reconciliation of those balance sheet that related to Payroll acc.
Works on ad hoc tasks such as but not limited to DOLE reports, compliance audits, process documentation, payment of invoices, and other projects that may be assigned from time to time by the Manager.

Schedule: - 10 hour shift
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
