- Manage payroll inputs raised via PAF in time for payroll processing. All payroll inputs should be accurate to avoid rework.
- Ensure payroll runs and credits employees accounts on time.
- Ensure that all issues/concerns are addressed on pay disputes and ensures that they are resolved.
- Assure that reports are prepared on a timely manner and communicates with internal clients to provide value-added and consultative services.
- Manage all the processes for PH payroll such as running statutory reports, CRT ad hoc reports from SAP as required and serves as back-up in running PH payroll.
- Act as primary point of contact between the business and the employees with regards to their pay
- Accomplish payroll human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Meet payroll operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
- Update records by reviewing and entering changes in exemptions, deductions, paid-time not worked, status, and pay
- Prepare pay by verifying time records; calculating and producing checks or electronic transfers; calculating and producing quarterly incentive bonuses.
- Balance payroll accounts by auditing information; identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource, Finance or Accounting
- Must have proven and successful track record of effective leadership in PH payroll, specifically in timekeeping/workforce management & payroll with solid SAP experience.
- Have processed PH Payroll for at least more than 2000 FTEs.
- At least 3-5 years experience in managing or leading a PH Payroll Team.
- Patient and Meticulous
- Strong Analytical Skills, Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management and People Skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills. Preferably with experience in multinational company in a multi-cultural setting.
- High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
