Responsibilities
Data Management
- Collects and organizes payroll data from various sources and prepares them for processing.
- Ensures payroll inputs are complete and accurate before the payroll cut-off deadline.
- Coordinates with Payroll Operations to facilitate the smooth transfer of data inputs.
Inquiry Management
- Responds to requests and inquiries from business and employees in a timely and professional manner,
- Provides relevant and accurate information to the requestors and resolves their issues.
- Complies with data privacy policies and protects the confidentiality of employee information.
Reporting
- Generates reports on payroll input trends, types of inquiries, service level agreements, and other metrics to help the team identify areas of improvement.
- Engages with business units and provides information as needed.
Process improvements
- Find, collaborate, and implement process efficiencies.
- Learn and apply digital tools to automate manual processes.

Educational Background And Work Experience
Graduate of any of the following bachelor's degree in business: Accounting, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting.
Payroll Experience Not Required.
Previous similar experience in data management and customer service is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Suite applications (such as Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) is an advantage.
