DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Gathering and examining timesheets to ensure validity
Entering start and end times onto the payroll software- Capturing approved annual and sick leave
Ensuring that compensation for overtime work is calculated at the appropriate rate and that annual leave is calculated accordingly, if applicable
- Confirming that legally-mandated and optional deductions have been processed correctly
Preparing and distributing hard copy or electronic paychecks- Performing all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that staff members are compensated and notified on time
Prepare billing by providing invoices and account updates to clients electronically and on paper
- Working to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency
Must be a graduate of any four-year course such as Accounting, BSBA, or any field
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mega Mykon Builders Main Office - Sandpiper Drive, Bay Breeze Subd., Hagonoy, Taguig City
Must be willing to do overtime if needed- Proficient in MS Applications especially MS Excel
Has prior knowledge in processing payroll for at least 6 months
- Preferably residing within Taguig City
