Be our next Payroll Associate!
Role Summary: Company is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Associate to support our Payroll Manager. This role involves various activities such as data entry and management, calculating paychecks, ensuring compliance, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain client files, including playbooks, trackers, and process documents.
Enter and review payroll data, ensuring accuracy across platforms such as Gusto, Justworks, Rippling, ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, and PayCom.
Proactively review current procedures and seek ways to improve processes.
Create and run scheduled and ad hoc reports as needed.
Manage client email inboxes by providing clear and accurate responses to inquiries.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of payroll processing experience required.
Strong understanding of US payroll regulations and processes.
Strong understanding of HRIS administration.
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to working in multiple systems and supporting multiple clients.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to voice suggestions for process improvements.
Open to performing ad-hoc tasks occasionally assigned.
Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic.
