Responsible for assisting in all aspects of payroll processing and related tasks. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll on a timely bases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain payroll records, including employee information, timekeeping records and tax withholding information.- Calculate and process employee payments, including wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Verify timesheets and attendance records for accuracy and completeness.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management, providing excellent customer service.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems and software.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and reconciliation.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on Various projects and initiatives as needed.
Musts:- Prior experience in payroll processing or related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
