Scope of Service: Internal and Clients
- Payroll Services, Compensation and Benefits
- Handles end-to-end payroll processing and statutory reporting including the monthly remittances to SSS, PHIC, HDMF.
- Handles BIR Tax reporting related to compensation which includes the 1601-C, 2316, and Alphalist / Annualization.
- Assist in the benefits orientation to probationary employees and newly regularized employees.
- Assist in the updating of employees government records and employer updates.
- Assist in the release of final payments, and other exit documents.
- Job Qualifications:
a. With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting/Finance or any related course.
b. With at least 2 years of experience in Payroll & Benefits.
c. Knowledge in HRIS & Payroll Software.
d. End to end Payroll Experience
will have an advantage.
e. Familiarity with government remittances and reporting (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
f. Knowledge in payroll processing (Manual & System-based)
g. Keen to details a Pro-active
h. Candidates with personal laptops and internet connections will be prioritized.
i. Can start ASAP.
