As General Multi-Disciplinary HR Staff you will be responsible for managing, advising, and developing a team to ensure the creation of a team spirit atmosphere. You will also ensure the team maintains compliance with legislation, procedures, and quality of service that is rendered.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Define the required objectives in consultation with Senior Managers
Distribute the workload and create monitoring dashboards
Communicate proactively with Senior Managers
Follow up on decisions taken at meetings
Ensure the development, leadership, coaching, and mentoring of the team
Manage resources, operating anomalies related to equipment, and materials
Incorporate the projected schedule based on attendance and absences
Manage the follow-up on compliance, completeness, and timeliness of projects
Manage the relationship with customers
Identify and coordinate specific or complex requests
Detect and report anomalies to Senior Managers
Contribute to change management improvement activities
Perform transactional activities and call management

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent experience (consult manager on equivalent)
3+ years job-related experience (consult manager on related experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Graduate degree in Administration/Secretarial or equivalent experience (consult manager on equivalent)
Expertise in personnel administration (social secretariat, personnel administration, etc.)
Ability to manage and develop a team
Good oral and written communication
Ability to master the use of various software programs to optimize resources
Ability to plan and organize your time to work efficiently
Recognize and adapt to change and evolution
Work and collaborate with others in a Team Spirit atmosphere
Develop constructive working relationships with clients and listen to their customer needs
