Job Descriptions:- Prepares Payroll register, calculates and configures Payroll taxes including Social Security and other third party payments.
- Performs data entry deduction calculations, file maintenance, request for check, wage increases, Employees Compensation Payments and Direct Deposit Submission.
- Reviews reimbursement and other Payroll adjustments.
- Reviews Payroll Timekeeping in order to detect and reconcile discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of time sheets.
- Reviews and finalizes Payroll Register. Check the accuracy of data entry to ensure that Timekeeping and Payroll register are balance.
- Prepares summary of net pay and submits check request to Accounting.
- Checks and inputs new hire's bank account, if any.
- Assists Bank concerns and other transactions during crediting of Payroll.
- Checks and validate payslip and emails for accuracy of transactions.
- Reviews Payroll entries.
- Coordinates with Accounting for the proper recording and monitoring of deductions.
- Reviews last pay, ensures that all unpaid salary and un-deducted deductions are included.
- Records changes that is affecting net wages.
- Processes transactions in relation to payroll tax, deductions, salary packaging and provide relevant information to external parties in timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Conducts Payroll Administration to Consultants.
- Checks and monitors billing from Agencies.
- Graduate of any Financial courses or other related Bachelors Degree
- With at least 1 yr background in Payroll
- Proficient in various computer applications such as MS Office
- With good analytical, communication and writing skills
