RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking messages and accomplishing clerical tasks for superiors in the HR department.
Filing, maintaining, updating, and safeguarding HR records.- Supporting the HR department in setting up and executing company events.
Contacting and collecting requirements from company applicants.
- Coordinating new HR policies, reminders, and inquiries for company employees.
Assisting payroll processing. Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Liaising between the company and government institutions for the processing of government transactions and benefits for employees.
