Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Taking messages and accomplishing clerical tasks for superiors in the HR department.
Filing, maintaining, updating, and safeguarding HR records.
  • Supporting the HR department in setting up and executing company events.
Contacting and collecting requirements from company applicants.
  • Coordinating new HR policies, reminders, and inquiries for company employees.
Assisting payroll processing.
  • DTR Checking.
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
  • Liaising between the company and government institutions for the processing of government transactions and benefits for employees.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Php
  • 00 per day

    Expected hours: 8 30 per week

    Benefits:
  • Flextime
Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
On call

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
  • English (Preferred)
