Salary Range: 16,000-20,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Manually calculate and process payroll when necessary, including deductions, benefits, and taxes.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all employee information is current and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports and summaries for management.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
- Process employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize QuickBooks for managing accounts payable and receivable, including data entry, updates, and generating reports.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, records, and files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting of any related field
- Proven experience in payroll processing, both manually and using payroll systems.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other payroll software.
