Job Description

Salary Range: 16,000-20,000

Work Set-up: Hybrid (until further notice)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Manually calculate and process payroll when necessary, including deductions, benefits, and taxes.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all employee information is current and accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports and summaries for management.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
  • Process employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for managing accounts payable and receivable, including data entry, updates, and generating reports.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents, records, and files.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting of any related field
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, both manually and using payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other payroll software.
