Your Role:As Payroll Analyst, you will:
. Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
. Perform a variety of analyzing and reporting functions related to the payroll and HR functions
. Shared Services - Payroll Accountant Responsibilities
. Assist in the review and maintenance of the payroll processes and procedures including
performing audits and detecting issues
. Provide quality assurance of imported data
. Prepare reports for senior management
. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
. Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
. Helping develops reports and analysis
. Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and
metadata
. Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
. Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
. Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions
on new systems
. Generating reports from single or multiple systems
. Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
. Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems
. Training endorsers
on new reports and dashboards
. Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
. Assist Payroll Leaders in various special projects and ad hoc requests
. Assist Payroll Leaders in preparing various schedule and compiling of documents for quarterly
reviews and yearend
external audits
What You Need:Non-negotiables:- 2-4 years of payroll experience.
- College Graduate
Preferred skills/expertise:- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail, with ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work within deadlines
