_Domain Knowledge_ - Profession experience on POGO Industry from any market. This includes knowledge of relevant business processes, industry trends, and best practices, enabling to make targeted decisions and provide guidance to the team.- _Analytical skill_ - Experience in analyze data to evaluate performance, identify issues, and develop improvement strategies. Should be familiar with common analysis tools and techniques and apply them to extract valuable insights.
_Excel skill_ - Expert in Excel formula and charts, knowledge of PQ & PV if applicable
- _Resilience and adaptability_ - Adapt to constantly changing environments and demands. Should be flexible and agile, able to quickly adjust strategies and plans to address new challenges and opportunities.
_Organizational skill_ - Efficient organizational skills are vital for managing operations. Able to structure workflows, optimize resource utilization, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Job Qualifications- Preferably with experience in Payment Industry
Can read, write and speak
Mandarin- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PQ&PV) and Report.- Familiar with common analytical tools and techniques and applying it to extract valuable insights
Able to set clear objectives and strategies and provide a clear direction for the team
