Job descriptionThe job responsibilities of Payment Officer are as follows but not limited to;
- Ensures that customers request are completed timely and accurately by Service Providers around the world, via specialized software or vendor websites.
Provide immediate attention to customers problems and follow-up with appropriate resolution.- Ensuring that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to procedures.
Providing bi-weekly reports to accounts using date from daily transactions.
- Ensure a clear knowledge and understanding of team objectives and priorities and how the individual role will contribute to the achievements.
Provide support and assistance to colleagues within the team through training, coaching and adopting good team ethics.- Perform other related task to be assign by the immediate superior.
Bachelor's Degree or with Diploma in any field- Knowledgeable in MS Office especially in Microsoft Excel
Should be able to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
Highly numerate (Degree in Mathematics is an advantage)- Ability to learn quickly, work on their own initiative and in team environment
Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly
Excellent time management skills- Flexible and committed approach to work
Enjoy work with a competitive edge
- Must be professional, possess good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work unsociable hours, including nights suited to your support market- Must be amenable to work in Pasay
Must be able to commit to a shifting schedule
