Key Responsibilities: - Maintain daily communication with clients.
Solve operational and fundamental technical issues for clients.- Check providers performance daily and work with them to offer clients a good and stable service.
Process Daily Deposit and Withdrawal Transactions.
- Submit Daily Bank Balance and Reconciliation.
Submit Daily Reports- Monitor the client transaction, balance, reconciliation process, bank safekeeping and other back-end transactions.
Payout to different Merchant clients.
- Sending of Daily Transactions to 3rd Party Processors.
Monitoring of All Merchant Processors.- Assist in creating/updating internal sharing documents.
Respond to various requests from the clients and provide better, quicker client support.
- Willing to work overseas in Dubai

- Client relations and communication.
Experience with payment services. (i.e. fintech)- Critical and logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Time management and prioritization - our developer team are across two time zones.
- Must be able to work independently, and corroborate as a team.
