Job description- Responsible for the safekeeping of Cash on Hand and Cash in Vault
- Responsible in safekeeping of pawned items and displayed items and other money related daily transactions.
- Responsible in safekeeping and updating records of daily transactions
- Responsible in giving money to the customers based on the appraised pawned items
- Responsible in collecting money from the customers
- Responsible in renewal items/ Hold items and Redeemed items
- In charge in counter checking of pawned items (thru pawns ticket) before keeping inside the vault
- Responsible in giving notice letter to all the customers
- Responsible in updating hold- items
- Responsible in checking storage items if it's still in good condition
- Responsible in monitoring and paying of BIR payments and other types of payments/ expenses of each branches ( Meralco/ Notice letter/ water etc.)
- Responsible in safekeeping of Storage display items.
- In charge in monitoring of Branch supplies and documents for everyday transactions.
- Maintains cleanliness inside the branch
- Responsible in giving daily updated branch reports and attendance to the main office for monitoring purposes
- Responsible in updating main office in regards of Cash Funds/ Disbursement and other branch concerns.
- Qualifications:
- High School Graduates, Junior or Senior High School graduates, and College levels are also welcome to apply.
Computer literate
- Willing to be assigned in different pawnshop branches (CALABARZON,PASAY,& PARAAQUE)
