This is a full-time remote role for a Patient Service Representative for Healthcare Providers at ROJO Workforce. The role will involve tasks such as appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, insurance verification, and familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures.

• Insurance Verification and Medical Terminology knowledge
• Experience in a medical office setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Knowledge of medical billing practices is a plus
• Certification in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
